Group Registration

If you want to register a group of 10 or more people, you can become the group leader and secure your tickets for a €75 administration fee as well as receive 10% discount on all the registration tickets. As the group leader, you will need to specify the number of tickets you want for each category.
 
Please note that during your group booking, you will be able to book a time slot for a group pick up of your badges. Please note this is only available for group bookings and all badges will have to be picked up.

Incentives for Official Developing Countries

Individuals who are a resident of a country with a developing economy (CDE) are entitled to a 30% discount applicable on a Congress Delegate Pass.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I be notified of the status of my paper's or session's proposal?

Status notification to contributors will be sent from April 2024 with details about the next steps. contributors will be notified to update their proposals closer to the Congress date. Guidelines on the sessions will also be sent in due course. 

If I book my Congress ticket online, how do I collect my badge?

One week before the Congress, you will receive a dedicated email with your personal barcode. Please save this email on your phone or print this out and bring it with you onsite to print your access badge. 

What is the difference between Full Congress Delegate Pass, Full Congress Student Pass and Visitor Pass?

With a Full Congress Delegate Pass, you have access to: 

  • the Plenary Sessions and Opening & Closing Ceremonies 
  • the Full Congress Sessions and Programme 
  • the Exhibition and Demonstrations during the full ITS Congress duration 
  • the coffee breaks & lunch every day

I wish to register to the ITS World Congress and would require a visa support letter. Can you send me one?

To receive your visa support letter, we kindly ask you to first register and pay for your registration. Once we have received your registration fee in the bank account, you will receive your visa support letter. Should you have been denied your visa, a reimbursement can be made.
