The ITS European Congress in Lisbon, 22 – 24 May 2023, will bring together an array of different players from the field of smart mobility to feature the latest innovations and practical solutions under the theme ‘ITS: The Game Changer’. During three days of this prestigious event, Demonstrations will offer mobility professionals an opportunity to showcase their solutions and performances of their products under live conditions. The new deadline for submissions is 20 January 2023. Those interested in applying to demonstrate should complete and submit an application form as soon as possible to support the evaluation and delivery of successful demonstrations. Demonstrators are invited to present the highlights of the current technical possibilities within the framework of the ITS themes in an interactive way for the visitors. This gives all the participants the opportunity to experience a variety of innovative and game-changing mobility solutions whilst having access to a broad range of expertise and advice from Demonstrators. By showcasing your innovative smart mobility solutions, visitors will have the opportunity to experience and engage with you and your demonstrations, featuring modern advancements in urban and clean mobility, autonomous and self-driving vehicles, as well as the latest innovations in transport and logistics.

The ITS European Congress in Lisbon will provide you, as a demonstrator, access to all of the sector’s key target groups, making it the ideal platform for establishing a productive dialogue around your solution, product or service. Designed to accommodate a variety of demonstrations, the Congress will offer dedicated areas to host live demonstrations both indoors and outdoors at the Congress Centre, the CCL venue. The number of demonstrations on show will be limited in order to provide a better experience for attendees while increasing marketing opportunities for you, the demonstrator. Offsite demonstrations are also an option. The space and time for a specific demonstration will be assigned on a “first come, first served” basis after approval of the Expression of Interest.
