The 15th ITS European Congress will take place next year in Lisbon from 22-24 May 2023. The topic of the Congress will explore how Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) is changing mobility – and lives with its suitably theme ‘ITS: The Game Changer’.
The city of Lisbon is the perfect location for an ITS Congress in this climate: the city is a champion for urban sustainability and was awarded the European Green Capital in 2020. The Lisboa Municipality has committed 40% of their 2022 mobility budget to climate change and aims to make transport more accessible and free for the younger and elderly population. At the 2023 ITS Congress in Lisbon, participants will not only see the host city’s ITS achievements but truly experience how smart mobility solutions are changing the game.
